How to Deliver Chatbots to Buyers
Best practices for successful chatbot delivery and customer satisfaction
Delivery Timeline
You must deliver within 24-48 hours of receiving an order. Faster delivery improves your seller rating and customer satisfaction.
1
Receive Order Notification
You'll receive notifications via:
- Email notification to your registered email
- In-app notification in Developer Dashboard
2
Prepare Delivery Package
Your delivery should include:
- Chatbot Files: All source code, assets, and dependencies
- Documentation: Setup guide, API docs, and troubleshooting
- License Key: If applicable for your chatbot
- Configuration Files: Pre-configured settings
- Support Instructions: How to get help if needed
💡 Pro Tip: Include a README.md file with quick start instructions and common troubleshooting steps.
3
Upload to Platform
Upload your delivery package:
- Go to Developer Dashboard → Orders → Select Order
- Click "Upload Delivery Files"
- Zip all files into a single archive (recommended)
- Add delivery notes explaining what's included
4
Notify Buyer
Once uploaded, the buyer receives:
- Automatic email with download link
- Access in their Client Dashboard
✅ Best Practice: Send a personal message to the buyer with setup tips and your contact info for support.
5
Provide Support During Testing
Buyer has 7 days to test. Be responsive:
- Respond to questions within 24 hours
- Help with setup and configuration issues
- Fix any bugs or issues promptly
6
Payment Release
Once buyer confirms delivery:
- Escrow releases payment to your developer balance
- Funds available for payout after 7-day security hold
- Request payout from Developer Balance Dashboard
What NOT to Do
- ❌Don't deliver incomplete or broken code
- ❌Don't ignore buyer messages during testing period
- ❌Don't deliver files without documentation
- ❌Don't ask buyers to contact you outside the platform before payment release
