Developer Attribution Requirement
All license types require maintaining developer attribution in code comments.
// Example required attribution:
/*
* Chatbot: [Bot Name]
* Created by: [Developer Name]
* Licensed via: Chatbots4Sale.com
* License Type: [Standard/Premium/Enterprise]
* License ID: [XXX-XXX-XXX]
* DO NOT REMOVE THIS NOTICE
*/
Why this matters:
- Protects developer's intellectual property rights
- Provides legal proof of licensing in case of disputes
- Required under international copyright law (Berne Convention)
- Removing it constitutes copyright violation (serious offense)
Exception: Enterprise licenses with explicit white-label rights may remove attribution after paying the additional white-label fee.
